$500 million class-action settlement
Canadians Can Now Claim Their Share of $500M Bread Price-Fixing Settlement.
If you’ve bought packaged bread in Canada anytime between January 1, 2001 and December 31, 2021, you may be entitled to compensation—no proof of purchase required.
A massive $500 million class-action settlement has officially opened for claims, following allegations that major grocery chains, including Loblaw Cos. Ltd. and George Weston Ltd., participated in a long-running scheme to fix the price of bread.
